Digital Products: All products sold are digital goods delivered electronically. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that delivery of digital content begins immediately and you waive any applicable withdrawal right once the download has commenced.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept payment via Credit/Debit Card and other methods displayed at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.
  • Voluntary contribution amounts (donations) are non-refundable once processed.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • Free plugins: No purchase, no refund applicable.
  • Paid plugins / products: Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase if the product is materially defective and the issue cannot be resolved.
  • Donations / contributions: Non-refundable.

To request a refund, contact us at plugins@mobydickdev.com with your order number and reason.

EU Consumers: In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days unless digital content delivery has already begun with your explicit consent.

All content on www.mobydickdev.com — including but not limited to code, design, graphics, text, and plugin files — is the intellectual property of MobyDick Dev unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our products without explicit written permission.
